Shipping times vary per item and range, on average, between 3 to 20 business days. This time frame is dependent upon the carrier, your location, the day your order is placed, and seasonal volume. Please bear in mind, while delivery times have picked up slightly, there are still delays due to COVID-19.

We will be unavailable on the following days: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter/Resurrection Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Any orders placed on the aforementioned days, or after the daily cutoff the day before the aforementioned days, will be processed and dispatched the following business day. We ask that you please allow a few more days for delivery during a season of high volume, for planning purposes.

As always, we will continue to work to make sure your orders gets to you as soon as possible; however, we do appreciate your patience!

Items purchased as pre-order, please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to be delivered. If you have a pre-order item with other items, this will cause a delay in the entire order.
