Refund policy

In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full store credit within 3 business days, once received by Dripped and Laced. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of stains to qualify for store credit. Dripped and Laced reserves the right to refuse returns on any items with signs of wear or defects to the merchandise.

Store Credits will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. There is a 25% restocking fee, for all items returned. Shipping costs will not be credited, unless there was a mistake on the part of Dripped and Laced.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns require a return authorization number. In order to obtain this authorization number, please email us at info@drippedandlaced.com. Please include your order number and specify the items you would like to return as identified on your packing slip. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
